Michael C. Kane, esquire, graduated cum laude from the Wharton School of Business and Finance of the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. Mr. Kane received his juris doctor from the Washington College of Law in 1982 and commenced the practice of law specializing in business and real estate transactions. In 1984, he received an LL.M in taxation from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Kane received the highest rating of Av by Martindale Hubble. He has represented numerous closely held companies in all aspects of their business, including shareholders agreements, employment agreements, financing transactions, purchase and sale agreements as well as various other contractual matters. Mr. Kane has also represented real estate developers, purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants for almost 30 years. Mr. Kane combines his Wharton School training and legal knowledge to provide clients with a business solution to legal questions.
